During these times in the nationwide lockdown, everyone is staying indoors. Given it is the need of the hour, celebrities and famous personalities are sending out messages to their followers to also follow quarantine and social distancing norms to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Vicky Kaushal has also been spending time at home and urging his fans to do the same. So, when there were rumours of him sneaking out of the house, the Twitterati wasn’t happy.
A tweet had suggested that an actor left his house to meet a special someone, and that he was caught by the police and lectured about his actions. While many suspected it was Vicky, the Uri: The Surgical Strike actor took to his Twitter to clear the air once and for all. He tweeted saying the rumours are baseless and that he hasn’t left his house since the lockdown. He even tagged the Mumbai Police in his tweet.

The actor had earlier also tweeted about how he is so grateful for the Mumbai Police’s work during these tough times and participated in the ‘Dil Se Thank You‘ initiative where they all thanked the police.
