“To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before” — A Netflix adaptation of the book by Jenny Han came in 2018 and filled our heart with love, warmth and a fantasy world with a perfect ending. Lana Condor, who played the character of Lara Jean Covey seemed so relatable, the movie became an instant favourite among the modern Millenials in no time. And to fans like us who were hungry for more, we were blessed with a perfect sequel that was released just two days before Valentines’ Day. Peter Kavinsky and Lara Jean took their pretend relationship to officially official in the sequel. To All The Boys: P.S I Still Love You was a sweet and bright-colored movie! And obviously, we had so many questions we wanted to ask Lana about the movie and her character, so we got in touch with her for a quick chat.
So, What Went Down?
Lana spoke to us about her acting journey and how she was spotted by a manager who was watching one of her clients. The interaction was super fun, she opened about how much she relates to the character, like how Lara Jean loved the idea of being in love and so does she. The funniest was her first encounter with our forever crush Noah Centineo aka Peter Kavinsky.
Check out the video below to see the conversation between Team MissMalini and Lana Condor. P.S she told us about her exciting experience of travelling with Michelle Obama to Vietnam to her journey to the glamour world of the movies. Now go, watch it already!
