As the #5DaysOfFashion rolled in, one of my favourite things to do is jot down notes on how some of the A-listers of Bollywood are dressed. Adorned in some of the most bomb dot com labels and fashionable pieces that I can only drool about, these celebs know how to bring their A-game as they walk the ramp! On Day 3 Of Lakme Fashion Week SR’20, we saw some of the most admirable pieces worn by our favourite celebs and here’s a breakdown, ICYMI!
1. Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu for Sanjukta Dutta:
The iconic duo marched down the ramp in a matching print ensemble! The subtle gold print in Karan’s getup is key, while Bipasha showed off her saree with gold motif detailing.
2. Malaika Arora for Varun Chakkilam
This royal bridal lehenga is what dreams are made of and how stunning does Malaika look in it! Paired with a statement necklace, this ensemble took our breath away.
3. Dia Mirza for House Of Kotwara by Sama, Meera and Muzafffar Ali
Her glittery ensemble has me taking notes! I absolutely love the ruffles on the dupatta and the statement blouse. One for the books.
4. Tabu for LakmeSalonXGaurang presents Garma Masala
Tabu is a timeless beauty—we all know that! So, as the showstopper for Gaurang‘s show, we were not surprised to see her elegantly glide across the ramp in this handcrafted saree.
5. Diana Penty for Caprese X Shivan & Narresh
I’m in awe of the gorgeous wrap blouse and skirt that Diana strutted across the ramp in.
6. Aditya Roy Kapur for Reebok Zig Kinetica with Chola
Aditya gave a goofy entry as he walked for the brand, but what was even more noteworthy is the simple all-black get-up.
7. Shikhar Dhawan for Samant Chauhan
Indian cricketer, Shikar Dhawan walked the ramp as he showcased his black kurta paired with a blazer. Men, take notes!
8. Nora Fatehi for Gauri & Nainika
Looking like she dropped out of a fairytale movie is Nora Fatehi as she wrapped up Day 3 at Fashion Week! Gauri & Nainika’s take on this ball gown has me completely in awe.
I’m absolutely floored by these looks, if I’m being honest. And the best part is, they’re something that all of us could wear to any of the hundred weddings we attend each year! Which look was your favourite?
