Varun Dhawan and his girlfriend Natasha Dalal have been in the news for their impending marriage for a long time now. From new wedding dates to venues every few months, we almost lost count of the number of times their wedding was planned.
Last night, the paparazzi photographed Varun’s parents, brother and sister-in-law and his cousins, wearing traditional attire and carrying gift boxes. This lead to speculations that they had a Roka ceremony for Varun and Natasha. Fans of the actor went berserk on Twitter until the actor himself decided to put out a tweet to clear the air. Varun tweeted saying it was a birthday party and that he doesn’t want false news to spread.

Previously, Varun’s father David Dhawan also cleared the air about the marriage after being asked about it by journalists. He said that he is looking forward to their marriage ‘next year’ which is this year, 2020.
Well, it might not have been their Roka last night, but we do hope it is very soon!
On the work front, Varun was last seen in Street Dancer 3D and will next star in Coolie No.1 where he is being directed by David Ji. He has also signed on Shashank Khaitan‘s next, Mr Lele.
