2019 has been the year of reprised music for Bollywood. There were hardly any original songs made that went on to garner a lot of views and become big hits. Out of all the song remakes, there are some that are so good it blows you away. The latest Muqala from Street Dancer 3D is one of them for sure. Muqala, as you may have guessed, is the fresh version of Prabhu Deva‘s iconic song Muqala Muqabla from Humse Hai Muqabla. One of the winning points of the song is that it maintains the essence of the song by not changing too much and of course it features the god of dancing himself, Prabhu Deva. It also features Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, and many other dancer-actors that are part of the movie. While Remo D’Souza had earlier revealed that while Varun had begged to be a part of the song, the part that they shot with Varun didn’t make the cut. But the version of the song we saw, shows us Varun’s bits as well. The new version of the song is sung by Yash Narvekar and Parampara Thakur. While the original track was composed by A.R Rahman, this one is reprised by the man of remakes- Tanishk Bagchi.

I can’t wait for the YouTube dance videos on this rendition of the song. Because I know it’s going to be epic!
