You know when you are Taapsee Pannu, and you just say what’s in your mind without the slightest hesitation and own it? Yeah, that might feel quite cool. Taapsee has always been someone who has spoken her mind. She was recently on Neha Dhupia‘s show, No Filter Neha, and was on fire when it came to answering the questions thrown at her.
She said that she hates her co-stars Vicky Kaushal and Jacqueline Fernandes because they make her feel intimidated. While they are questions most actors would want to skip, Taapsee had answers for all. next, when asked about one newcomer who would have been nowhere if he/she didn’t have famous parents, Taapsee named Anil Kapoor‘s son, Harshvarrdhan Kapoor. Well, that was quite an honest move from her end.
She explained herself, saying:
Whatever I have seen of him till now, I think it would have been pretty difficult to get a second film after a not so appreciated debut. If I would have been in his position, I wouldn’t have got a second film.
Harsh debuted with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra‘s Mirzya in 2016. It didn’t do well with the audiences and the critics and bombed at the box office. He then did Bhavesh Joshi Superhero two years later and though it was critically acclaimed, it wasn’t a commercial success. Now, he is all set to star in the gold-medal winning shooter, Abhinav Bindra‘s biopic opposite his dad, Anil Kapoor.
