The 26/11 attacks in Mumbai had the entire nation in a standstill, and the terror and trauma stayed in our minds for long after. Every time we see any documentary or film on it, it always makes our hearts go out to all those innocent souls who suffered at the hands of those terrorists, even after 11 years. Anupam Kher and Dev Patel are all set to present to us another such chilling tale of the attacks but from a completely different perspective.Hotel Mumbai, starring Dev Patel, Anupam Kher, Armie Hammer in key roles, depicts the story of the indomitable human spirit that prevailed during the brutal 26/11 terrorist attacks at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai in 2008. It traces the experiences of the chefs in the hotel, during the 72-hour siege. The SWAT teams and the policemen saved 1600 lives in total. In those were the ones that these brave chefs also saved, even putting their life behind at times. The film is being directed by Anthony Maras, the film has Mr Kher portray the role of the head chef, while Dev Patel works under him.

The film seems to be a thrilling tale of how the human spirit takes over everything else when under crisis, and the selfless dedication and courage displayed by the chefs at the hotel. Produced by Zee Studios & Purpose Entertainment, Hotel Mumbai is all set to hit the screens in India on November 29, 2019.
