Indian Idol is back for season 11 and it’s better than ever. It might just be a week old, but it’s already ranking high as one of the audience’s favourite shows. But unfortunately, a promo released by Sony TV‘s handle has caused a storm across the internet. For the right reasons, I’d want to add.
Recently, a contestant forcibly kissed judge Neha Kakkar on stage. A contestant dressed in Rajasthani attire had come bearing gifts for Neha Kakkar. When the singer moved forward to collect the gifts and hug him, he planted a kiss on Neha’s cheek without her consent. A shocked and embarrassed Neha moved back and covered her face.
A viewer took to Twitter to express his anger over the incident and directly addressed Neha’s co-judge and singer Vishal Dadlani.

Vishal replied to the viewer’s tweet saying he wanted to call the cops on the guy immediately but Neha let him off the hook.

The incident left everyone shocked. But we still don’t know what kind of action is being taken against the contestant. We truly hope some action is taken against the contestant. So that something like this never happens again. What do you guys think?
