Selling anything with conviction is an art and not everybody’s cup of tea. Be it a pen, or a story, it all comes down to how you convince the person in front of you. Rajkummar Rao‘s next film, Made In China is all about that and he makes for an amazing salesman as Mr Raghu Mehta.
As part of a fun, promotional video, Rajkummar is seen recreating the iconic scene from Leornado Di Caprio‘s film, The Wolf Of Wall Street, where he asks one guy to sell him a pen. Rajkummar, as Raghu, takes on that part and sells a pen to him in his Gujju Bhai style that is hilarious and smart! He tells him that the pen is like the story of the film, but the hero is the refill, which is what Leo needs to sell. The video ends with Leo clapping in appreciation at the answer.

Given the film is about a small-town salesman and his jugaadu ways in business, this is quite a smart way to integrate the movie’s message. Made In China is a comedy about Raghu Mehta‘s journey from Gujrat to China in search of a business prospect, where he stumbles upon Chinese Viagra that he decides to sell along with a sexologist, played by Boman Irani.
Directed by Mikhil Musale, the film also stars Mouni Roy, Paresh Rawal, Gajraj Rao and Sumeet Vyas in pivotal roles and is all set to hit the screens this Diwali.
