Singer/actor Amit Tandon‘s marriage with wife Ruby Tandon was facing its share of troubles for around two years now, post which he filed for a divorce. But, news has it that the couple have patched up their differences and are back together, owing to their daughter, Jiyana.
Amit, was a finalist on the famous singing show, Indian Idol 1. He later rose to fame after he starred in a lot of television serials like Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai and Dill Mill Gayye. He reportedly met his wife, Ruby, through social media and married her in 2007. 10 years later, in 2017, they decided to call it quits owing to compatibility issues and lived separately. During this time, Ruby was even held back at a jail in Dubai owing to a complaint against her. But, given they had a daughter is their top priority, they decided to give their marriage a second chance. The couple started living again together and have now even revoked their divorce proceedings.
Talking to IndiaForums, Amit says:
Yes, we are back together. Our child is happy, we are happy. Everything’s in a good and positive space right now.
We are glad the family is back together, wish them only happy times.
On the work front, Amit was last seen in the TV show, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, and is working on his original music compositions right now, and released the music video of his song Meri Akhiyaan featuring him recently.
