Since Shah Rukh Khan announced that he was coming together with his son — Aryan Khan — for the Hindi version of the iconic film The Lion King, fans have not been able to keep calm! Aryan is going to be introduced to us through just his voice and we should say, we are so excited for this!
Aryan is voicing for the character of Simba, while Shah Rukh is voicing for Mufasa. The absolutely proud father, Shah Rukh, shared the promo video of his son voicing for Simba in the film.
Here’s the promo:
While we have spotted Aryan Khan around town, thanks to the paparazzi, we have never heard him speak. This was the first time, and we couldn’t help but notice how similar he and Shah Rukh sound. He has a deep, and charming voice and is just perfect as Simba! Aryan has previously voiced for the Hindi dubbed version of The Incredibles back in 2004 when he was still a kid. Now, it is a lot different and we are loving it!
The Lion King is certainly the most awaited films of the year. It is a remake of 1994 animated classic of the same name and is being directed by Jon Favreau. The makers previously released the promo for Shah Rukh too, where he is introduced as Mufasa.

This father-son duo is just killing it in the promos and we cannot wait to ‘hear’ them on screen soon! The Lion King is all set to release on the 19th of July.
