Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and Vivek Dahiya are one of the most loved jodis of the Television industry, no doubt! Vivek and Divyanka tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in 2016. Three years later, they are still as romantic and are absolute couple goals!
This year, the duo took off on a dreamy vacation to Macau ahead of their anniversary. But, as they returned to India, Vivek’s health took a hit and he had to be hospitalised. He was diagnosed him with an infection in his intestines and liver abyss. With the treatment, Vivek is recuperating now and slowly getting better. As he and Divyanka celebrate their anniversary today, the couple’s family made sure they were smiling and happy! The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress took to her Instagram to share these pictures of their ‘unique anniversary celebrations’!

Vivek’s parents and sister came down to surprise the couple and celebrate with them. They even made him cut a cake in his hospital bed. It’s so nice to see them all smiles and goofy around each other! The couple were going to be hosting the premiere episode of Nach Baliye, produced by Salman Khan. But, given Vivek’s condition at the moment, they had to opt out of it. They have, however, shot their performance bit for the show before they left for their vacation.
