She captioned it saying she is a khaala now, which translates to maternal aunt in English. She also mentioned how she wants to keep him forever, ‘cuz baby Izhaan Mirza Malik seems extremely comfortable playing with his khaala, Parineeti. Not to mention, he looks as cute as a button.
