Listening to songs can really put you in a ‘mood’, don’t you think? Sad songs can remind you of an ex you never even had, while rock songs can bring out the headbanger in you. So, it’s safe to say that if you want to feel a certain way, listening to a particular type of songs can really help!
I recently started working out but being the lazy as* I am, I couldn’t feel motivated enough and eventually started skipping the gym. I then asked around for tips on how to stay focused for a workout and the most common answer I got was to listen to songs that pump you up! Which is why I thought it would be perfect to share some of the favourite songs I was recommended for my cardio workout with you guys. So if any of you feel the same way as me, feel free to add these songs to your cardio playlist for a successful workout session.
