A big challenge many of us face every day is, how to satisfy that evening hunger. It’s the worst isn’t it, the timing? It isn’t lunch, and it isn’t even dinner. What You’ll Need

1 packet Maggi
1 extra pack Maggi masala
2 tbsp besan
1/2 tbsp rice flour
salt to taste
pepper
1 cheese slice
grated cheese
2-3 tomato slices
cling wrap

Here’s How You Can Put It All Together

Cook Maggi according to package instructions. Do not leave any water. Let the Maggi cool completely. In a large bowl, mix 2 tbsps besan with 1 tbsp water till it forms a paste.

Mix the Maggi with besan, rice flour and the 2nd pack of masala.

In a shallow rectangular dish or plastic box lay out the cling wrap. Put the Maggi over it, over with another cling wrap and pat it till flat. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.

Remove from the cling wrap, cut into 2 pieces. Heat a broad pan and grease with a little oil. Place the two pieces of Maggi “bread” on it and cook on both sides till browned.

Place the cheeses, tomato and a little salt and pepper over one “bread” and cover with the other. Serve immediately.
