Kesari has been one of the most anticipated movies of 2019 and the trailer is finally out. The movie is based on the true story of the Battle of Saragarhi from 1891. Legend has it that 21 soldiers courageously took on 10,000 invaders to leave their names and act of sacrifice etched in history forever. The movie stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role and you get to see the star in a look like you’ve never seen him before. Parineeti Chopra plays the female lead in the movie and is seen in a traditional Punjabi look. While we don’t know how much of the two we’ll get to see on-screen, the chemistry between the duo looks promising. This historic war film is directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Aruna Bhatia, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Sunir Kheterpal. After multiple posters, looks and teasers of the film, we finally get a little more of what the final film is going to deal with. It is power-packed, brave and looks like a fitting tribute to the brave hearts of Saragarhi. The trailer is sure to leave you with goosebumps.
