You remember how, earlier, the formal attire was synonymous to black trousers and white shirt combo? We have come a long way in breaking that mould and experimenting with colours like midnight blue and maroon. But celebs are the ones who would always inspire us to wear the greyscale in a more experimental way. Monochrome is not boring and Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Athiya Shetty‘s recent pictures definitely prove it.
With Shilpa, celebrity stylist Mohit Rai delved in the sexiness of the classic combo through this ensemble from Alexandrine. It was all about the romantic feels with the lacey, see-through top and the godet skirt. The hint of white in the skirt was the dramatic break that this otherwise all-black ensemble needed. The lace pattern repeated itself with pointed-toes from Christian Louboutin and studs from Outhouse added an elegant touch.
Athiya’s look was all about looking summer chic with a ready-to-party outfit from Self Portrait. Celebrity stylist Sanjay Kumar Dauhaliya from team #StyleByAmi coordinated the tailored trouser with a feminine halter top that featured billowy sleeves and deep neckline. Pointed-toes heels from Christian Louboutin made an appearance in this look too but in plain black. But the accessory highpoint was the stellar shoulder-grazing earrings by Roma Narsinghani.
