Girls share a very special bond with their sisters. They know that there will always have that one person to confide in, share clothes with and they will also be there to motivate each other. Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan also share this equation. Recently, Karisma was a guest on Kareena’s radio show, What Women Want with Kareena Kapoor Khan which airs on Ishq 104.8 FM and they spoke about a number of things.
When Bebo asked Lolo who her role model was, she said:
Today, you are my role model. We are in the same profession and kind of strength we offer to each other is amazing. Apart from you, our mom has been an inspiration who single-handedly raised us so well. Also, our grandmother, who has kept up with time and stood extremely relevant despite her age, has been a major inspiration in my life.
Besides this, Karisma also shared what she thinks about the comeback pressure actresses have to deal with after motherhood.
She said:
It’s unfair. Also, I don’t get this comeback term as it isn’t used or said in other industry when women have re-joined their workplace. We have added pressure because we are from the entertainment industry. But, I am glad that the game is changing and people have become so open-minded.
Actresses nowadays are setting examples and are balancing their personal and professional lives like pros.
