It’s raining biopics in Bollywood and here’s one more that got confirmed and it is based on the life of none other than our very own Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The film will be titled the same and will be directed by Omung Kumar. The first look will be out by 7th January 2019 and Vivek Oberoi will be playing the part of Modiji! The film will be produced by Sandip Singh. The news was confirmed by film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

Director Omung Kumar is one of the directors who have prior experience in making biopics like Mary Kom and Sarbjit. The filming which will start mid- January will be reportedly shot across Gujarat, Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. This will be Vivek Oberoi’s come back to the movies after Bank Chor in 2017.
While the tentative release date is not confirmed, this will be one more interesting biopic to look forward to.
