After two smashing festive looks, Shilpa Shetty Kundra showed off another one at Ekta Kapoor‘s Diwali party. First, wearing a modern sharara and then a contemporary saree gown, her third outfit was also all about the layers. The common thread in all these looks was the fact that she went for a pastel palette this Diwali.
Each look had its own unique aspect and for last night’s celebrations, celebrity stylist Mohit Rai picked out a stellar outfit by Anamika Khanna that showcased her signature style. It was all about the layers! The three-tier skirt was ornate with rich embroidery just like the bodice of the ensemble. Which was another sartorial detail we couldn’t skip -the embellished bodice featured a cowl neckline too. But the best part was the genius faux dupatta that was attached on to one shoulder. Mohit accessorised the look with a pair of chandelier earrings from Rare Heritage, statement rings, a silver clutch and silver heels.
