Varun Dhawan is on a roll. The actor’s last release Sui Dhaaga directed by Sharat Katariya managed to do decent business at the box office. Ever since then, fans have been waiting to see what the actor has to offer next. Currently, Varun is busy shooting for Abhishek Varman’s Kalank which hits the screens next year. While we cannot wait to watch it, a recent report in DNA suggested that the actor will be reuniting with his father David Dhawan for the remake of the 1997 film Hero No.1.
A source revealed,
David and Varun will mostly do the remake of the Govinda-Karisma Kapoor-starrer Hero No 1 (1997). Last time, when they had teamed up for Judwaa 2 (2017), it went on to make Rs 132.39 cr nett.
Varun’s last two released have done decent business at the box office but haven’t managed to cross 100 crores. With Hero No.1 remake, the October actor will not only manage to impress the masses but will also earn huge moolah at the ticket windows.
We cannot wait for this one to go on floors. What about you?
