With the #TimesUp movement gaining momentum, there are women all over calling out people in powerful positions. Each new day, we wake up to a harrowing story of a famous person being accused of sexual misconduct. It has been a week of revelations and we are happy that women are finally speaking up. But amidst all the accusations against a number of B-Town celebrities like Vikas Bahl, Alok Nath, Rajat Kapoor and many others that have been coming up, B-Town celebrities are continuously asked as to what they think of the #MeToo movement. The recent actor to be questioned about the movement was, Big B. And as usual, Amitabh Bachchan had the most erudite answer to this. The actor actively supports the movement and says that women need to be protected and whenever such grave misconducts.
Take a look.

But what’s even more shocking to us is that many people from the media industry are calling the Big B out on his own behaviour. While there’s no story attached to this people have been taking his name.
Take a look.
no he doesn’t. film journalists have privately told stories of bachchan’s own misconduct for years. it’s one thing for those stories never to be told publicly, but the least we can do is stop pretending like we need his views on how to keep vulnerable people safe. https://t.co/03CpS7U0y6

That’s wierd. Because Bacchan Sr. is another name that often cropped up during my talk with friends in TV & films. But his reach is said to be gargantuan & apparently he can be really vicious, destroying careers. Too big for #MeeTooIndia #MeTooIndia ??? https://t.co/0UALpWD1cc

With so many names coming up, we hope there is a proper investigation that is conducted so that true predators can be caught and weeded out.
