4. Stick To A Routine

A timed schedule programs the brain to stick to a plan and get more organised. It helps the mind to focus on one task at a time.

5. Draw

Doodling during a long meeting could help you focus better, studies suggest. It channelises your energies and helps you stay awake since drawing stimulates the brain.

Meditating helps to clear the mind and focus better. While meditating, make sure to concentrate on the sounds you can hear while your eyes are shut. This will help you have a focused mind.
