Ever since No Entry was a hit at the box office, talks of its sequel have been doing the rounds. Initially, there were talks of Salman Khan reprising his role as Prem in the movie, but now there have been reports of Boney Kapoor considering his son Arjun Kapoor for the role. A source close to the development revealed to Mid-Day that the film is still in the scripting stage.
But the story is such that it requires a new cast. Though several names are being discussed, Boney is keen that Arjun lead the pack. Given the success of Mubarakan (2017), Boney feels director Anees Bazmee and Arjun make a strong team.
But a source close to Boney said that the movie won’t be going on floors any time soon and that it was too early to say anything.
Boney Sir is currently focusing on his film with Ajay Devgn. It’s only when this film rolls, will he set his sights on No Entry sequel. It’s too early to talk.
The hit producer is currently working on a biopic based on the life of the Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim and by the looks of it, it will be focusing on it for a while before he turns to anything else.
But if No Entry 2 is being made we hope Arjun makes it into the movie!
