We’ve still not gotten over the super-duper star cast for Kalank and we’ve already got a whiff of yet another rumor from the sets of the film. Reportedly, our dhak dhak girl, Madhuri Dixit Nene will play the role of a dance teacher to Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani! Anyone who has even remotely watched Bollywood films would know that Madhuri is the queen of grace and dancing. So you can understand the excitement us Bollywood buffs are going through!
She is currently shooting for Kalank and is apparently undergoing rigorous training for her role. A source revealed that both Alia and Madhuri will start shooting for the dance number in a month’s time. While Alia keeps us updated thanks to her morning selfies, Madhuri had also taken to Twitter to share her excitement on joining the cast.
Just finished my shoot with @AnilKapoor and #indrakumar on the sets of #TotalDhamaal and was phenomenal as usual. Now arrived at the sets of #Kalank with @karanjohar for the look test. The sets are breathtaking. Can’t wait for you to see both films!!

The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha. Kiara will also reportedly make a cameo appearance in a dance number. Talking about the casting miracle of the year, Karan Johar had revealed that the idea of the project had come to him 15 years ago and that it has been an emotional journey since then.
With a little hint of what Madhuri’s role might be, we can’t wait to see MD put on her dancing shoes on the big screen again!
