#SonamKiShaadi has now passed, but we still can’t stop obsessing over everything that happened there. Amongst a lot of stylish friends and celebrities that were seen attending Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja‘s wedding; we also spotted fashion designer Arpita Mehta dressed the part. She looked absolutely stunning in all their wedding events dressed in her own creations.

1. Mehendi
Arpita designed herself a simple ruffled sari that made quite a statement. It was a beige chiffon sari that is now a part of our wishlist. The blouse for this sari had her signature mirror work, embroidery having ruffles at the edges to blend with the sari design. She kept her look minimalistic by accessorising her look with chaandbali earrings.
2. Wedding
For the wedding day event, she made herself a Lucknowi embroidered sharara set. It was a sky blue ensemble, with badla and pearl embellishment over the lucknowi thread work. With her hair tied in a neat bun, she opted for a maangtikka, necklace and earrings to accessorise this look.
3. Reception
This look was our absolute favourite! It was a classic black and white lehenga with an impeccable floral pattern. She designed a rather plain choli in black with frayed edges and self-on-self embroidery done. Also, she kept her dupatta plain for this look.
