Remember the first Iron Man that came out back in 2008? This movie of the Iron Man series set the tone for the rest of the Avenger movies. We instantly fell in love with Tony Stark and of course, the suit. We loved everything about this movie and the direction by Jon Favreau was exceptional. In fact, we can barely get over the fact that it’s been ten years since the movie was released. However, we recently found out that the Iron Man suit worn by Robert Downey Jr. in this epic movie was stolen. And here are the deets so far.
Where Was It Stolen From?
According to the LAPD, the suit was stolen from the Movie Prop Storage Facility in Pacoima, Los Angeles.
How Much Was It Worth?
It was worth a whopping $3,25,000.
When Was It Stolen?
According to the workers at the facility, the legendary suit may have gone missing between February and April.
This suit holds a special place in our hearts as it was a part of the first movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We truly hope they find the missing suit real soon. Till then, let’s watch the movie and miss the suit even more.
