As reported by Spotboye.com, during the late hours of 6th April, Kapil Sharma gave a call to Spotboye’s senior editor Vickey Lalwani. The unexpected call from the comedian revealed a side of him that may very well shock his fans too. The conversation begins with Kapil blaming him for his failings and accuses him of having a vendetta against the actor.
The actor seems to be upset about the negative reactions his film, Firangi received from the portal & complained about the website falsely reporting a conversation between him and Dawood Ibrahim. While calling the film’s review his right the editor clarified about never having written anything about the latter. After a string of abuses and accusations, the call is then seemingly taken over by the actor’s friend who sways between threatening the editor and asking him to meet the team.
Kapil also went on Twitter to express his dislike towards Vickey. Here are a few of his tweets:

Kapil shared a couple more Tweets this morning:
Maine jo b likha tha apne dil se likha tha.. it was my team who deleted my tweets .. But main is kutte bikaayu reporter se darne wala nahi hu.. he can write anything for anybody just for few bucks. Shameless

And as heard at the end of their phone call, he, in fact, has shared pictures of a police complaint filed against the editor.

Film-maker Hansal Mehta Tweeted his views on the matter:
Kapil Sharma’s language with the journalist was despicable but also a sad reflection of his possible state of mind. The journalist in question is no ethical saint either. He has harassed many people, spun many malicious stories & has created stories with his misleading questions.
