New York Fashion Week is in full swing, and we couldn’t be more elated! Not only are the designers showcasing the coolest outfits, but are also calling for makeup that matches the vibe perfectly. Here are a few of our favourite looks from day 2.
1. Glittery Eyes At Milly
If you thought glitter was over, the runway is here to prove you wrong! The models at Milly dazzled the crowds with their holographic, sparkly lids.
2. Tinted Brows At Bibhu Mohapatra
How does a designer enhance the colours in his collection? By asking the models to sport tinted brows! The burgundy-hued eyebrows were a true statement and provided an unexpected twist to every outfit.
3. Moody Makeup At Bottega Veneta
Pat McGrath used her magical hands (and products!) to paint on a moody, brown lipstick that reminded us of the ’90s.
4. Graphic Strokes At Jason Wu
Subtle wing? Check. Negative space? Check. Artsy design? Check. The graphic eye makeup at Jason Wu was definitely one of the trendiest looks we’ve seen.
5. Matte Eyes At Brock Collection
Every model flaunted a sultry, matte eye in neutral hues that went beautifully with their braided ‘dos.
6. Pops Of Colour At Chromat
With their smudged blue wings and orange pouts, the models for Chromat brought together contrasting colours in a surprisingly cool way.
7. Crystal Flecks At Kate Spade
KiraKira was no match for Kate Spade! Crystals were spaced evenly across the models’ lids, whilst the rest of the face was kept clean and dewy.
