It’s true. Our New Year resolutions of getting fit are almost never followed through with. And this is mostly because we get lazy about prepping healthy meals, or sticking to a meal plan. So, to help you, we’ve curated a list of the best salad bars in the city to help you keep your resolution and get you to your fittest best.
So, let’s get right to it!
1. Ministry Of Salads, Breach Candy
This place is so cosy and cute. We love the interiors and they go so well with the healthy meals they prepare.
You can make your own salad if you’re not a fan of their set salads (which we love, by the way).
MM recommends: The southern summer salad
2. Bombay Salad Co., Bandra West
We absolutely adore this place. Supposedly the largest salad bar in Mumbai, it caters to all sorts of healthy food related needs. It has a vast selection of veggies and protein, and also offers smoothies and wraps. Definitely visit this one.
MM recommends: The Bombay salad!
3. Pishu’s Café, Andheri West
This is a classic joint for health freaks in the neighbourhood. They specialise in healthy juices and shakes. They also offer meal replacement smoothies. They have multiple outlets in Malad, Andheri and Juhu.
MM recommends: The exotic salad
4. I Think Fitness Café, Bandra West
An extension of the popular celebrity gym in Bandra West, this salad bar is equally famous. Amidst the busy streets around, this salad bar manages to maintain a quaint and cosy environment. They offer salads, smoothies and something they call ‘happy bowls’ that consists of porridges, fruits and more.
MM recommends: Half-hass avo & smoked salmon salad
5. The Nutcracker, Fort
This is such a popular restaurant in the commercials streets of Fort. They have limited salads on offer, but they’re all so delish!
MM recommends: The summer house salad
6. Kitchen Garden By Suzette, Bandra West
Specialises in organic ingredients, this café is definitely the choice of many residents in Bandra West. With a gym right across the street, this joint is always full of like-minded health freaks.

So, there you have it. No more excuses! Let’s make 2018 a healthy one.
