From Sonam Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz to Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi – several Bollywood actresses have come forward and spoken about body positivity time and again. It’s quite cool that the current brigade of B-town girls does not promote the idea of ‘the perfect body’ and encourages women to be ‘real’ instead. Shraddha Kapoor also recently took to Twitter and shared a photo of Marilyn Monroe accompanied by a body positive message. It’s about how Marilyn is one of the most celebrated beauties in the even know despite having a not-so-toned physique.

Many people appreciated Shraddha for sharing this, including Huma.

But it didn’t go down too well with a lot of others, particularly because the actress endorses a product that promotes weight loss. ‘Chupaane ki jagah belly fat ghataane ki aadat daalo’ is the line her commercial ends with.
Oh really.. Then why u give add of Lipton green tea.. Hypocrisy..
