The petition to take Pehredaar Piya Ki off air was eventually successful, as the show was not exactly welcomed due to its regressive content. On the other hand, two petitions are currently doing the rounds to save two popular shows on Star Plus – Dhaai Kilo Prem & Love Ka Hai Intezaar.
According to a report in IndiaForums, fans don’t want the channel to pull the plug on these show. Therefore, petitions have been filed at change.org and viewers are signing it too, to show their support.
