The week that went by brought with it a string of controversies – from Bobby Darling divorcing her husband to Kangana Ranaut‘s allegations against Hrithik Roshan and Aditya Pancholi. Both have been making headlines everywhere, and of course, Kangana’s been breaking the Internet with one explosive interview after the other.
She was also embroiled in another controversy not too long ago surrounding her film Simran. Writer Apurva Asrani alleged that Kangana was given writing credits for the film. While he is the actual writer of the film and spent months penning everything down, Kangana only added value to it. Her name appeared before his in the writing credits and this irked him even further and he took to Facebook to slam her. He wrote about how unfair this was and that Kangana should stop taking and being given credit for something she didn’t do.
Now, with the film’s release date inching closer, people have alleged that Ranaut is only doing this to promote her upcoming movie. Think whatever you want about her, you definitely can’t ignore this woman.
Asrani took to Facebook on Monday to lash out at her yet again saying he’s “frigging tired of this wave of pseudo-feminism that has swept our timelines”. Here’s an excerpt.
Because she is ready to do battle where you can’t, will you turn a blind eye when she actually could be wrong?? Shouldn’t you be holding both sexes equally accountable??
I’m not ok with women settling scores with men by falsely claiming they molested them. I’m not ok with women who can’t handle being broken up with and then manipulate the world to shame the man.
And lastly, I’m not ok with film makers getting bullied and writers getting fucked over just because you are an outspoken woman. Injustice is injustice. Period.

This isn’t dying down any time soon, is it? Thoughts?
