A few days ago, Rishi Kapoor lashed out at Anurag Basu for being an irresponsible filmmaker. The senior actor felt that the director could have done a much better job with Jagga Jasoos, which was being edited until a day before the film’s release.
Rishi ji also felt that Anurag was irresponsible with the money invested in the film by Ranbir Kapoor as a producer. Later, rumours were abuzz that Ranbir is unhappy with his father’s impromptu interview as he did not want to draw further attention towards the film’s failure.
Yesterday evening, Anurag Basu tweeted this:

Now we don’t know if Anurag meant this to be a reply to Rishi ji’s angry statements, but it sure makes his stand clear.
