You know what I love the most about my job? That it’s not like any other job – which means that my Mondays are never mundane! Team MissMalini went to the coolest and newest bar in town aka Tamasha for the launch of Harry Met Sejal‘s new song Beech Beech Mein last Monday and it was epic. Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Imtiaz Ali were in attendance and we couldn’t help but groove to the song.
Here are five things we loved from the evening.
1. The Party
You can’t not have a good time at Tamasha! They sure know how to make us all party. Their staff made for great hosts and ensured that every soul present had a wonderful time that night. What made it even better was that Shah Rukh, Anushka and Imtiaz partied with us. I mean, how often can you say that you partied on a monday with the country’s greatest superstar? Thanks Tamasha for giving us our favourite memory. 🙂
2. The Delicious Cocktails
Right from Mojitos to Sangrias, we were served the yummiest cocktails made with utmost precision. It wasn’t just us who couldn’t get enough of it but everyone at the venue. The crowd at the bar was proof enough!
3. The Ambience
My favourite thing about this place has to be the ambience. The bar has been thoughtfully furnished with tables well spaced apart, and the lighting only enhanced the mood that night. We just had to take a selfie with those gorgeous looking lights above.
4. The Food
Delectable food that keeps you wanting more – that’s what’s on the menu at this bar. We gorged on great tasting finger food that night, and oh boy, it was an absolute delight.
5. The Music
You know how music can really affect the mood and feel of a place? Tamasha gets it just right. The DJ played all the current Bollywood hits that night in preparation for the massive song launch that was about to happen, and we couldn’t help but tap our feet along!
All in all, this was one of our favourite nights. Imagine what the weekend here must be like?
And if you want to know who the mastermind behind all of this is, it’s Priyank Sukhija, who is one of India’s most successful restauranteurs.
He got into the restaurant business back when he was a college student fifteen years ago. Priyank has since then created some of the most magnificent food and bar menus across the country and has received multiple awards for the same. It’s not surprising then that Tamasha is as amazing as it was!
Take our advice, you must visit this place at least once. We promise you’ll love it.
