Singer (and sometimes actor) Sonu Nigam put social media into a tizzy when he tweeted about waking up to the sound of the azaan and not liking it. He argued on why should someone, who doesn’t follow the religion wake up to it early in the morning, but people on Twitter soon responded with instances when they’ve had to tolerate traffic jam and loud processions on the road during Ganpati Visarjans.
