Kangana Ranaut created quite a stir with her statements on Koffee With Karan 5, where she accused Karan Johar of nepotism. She also threw some light on her initial struggle in Bollywood and said KJo’s behaviour towards her was quite condescending during that time.
Karan took it all in his stride and even made light of the situation during one of his #AskKaran sessions on Twitter. Just when you thought everything was hunky dory again, Karan spoke about the entire issue with film critic Anupama Chopra at the LSE’s India Forum in London recently.
Karan said he was gracious enough to not edit anything Kangana said on the show and gave her a platform to voice her opinion, but he was done with Kangana playing the woman card and the victim card. He also added that she cannot always have a sob story to tell about the industry and she should simply leave it if she is that terrorised by it.
