Evan Rachel Wood is the star of HBO’s hit show Westworld and has been a part of Hollywood blockbusters like George Clooney‘s The Ides Of March. In an interview to Rolling Stone, the actress admitted to being physically, psychologically and sexually abused. The details of which she e-mailed to the publication. She then shared the said letter on her Twitter.

In the letter she wrote –
Yes. I have been raped. By a significant other while we were together. And on a separate occasion, by the owner of a bar.
She acknowledged in the letter that she was previously reluctant to reveal the assaults out of fear that she might be branded an attention-seeker.
This was one of the reasons that lead her to attempt suicide.
