You guys, 2016 is already proving to be a year of progressive change and surprises! And while the political world seems to be shaking things up, so is the beauty world.
CoverGirl just announced YouTuber James Charles as the first-ever male face of CoverGirl! The 17 year old budding makeup artist is the newest ambassador, as well as a role model who’s fearlessly breaking boundaries and achieving his dream!
He’s even shot the cover with Katy Perry!
With a following of more than 431,000 followers after only one year, James is truly an inspiration. His Instagram account showcases makeup styles including some killer highlighting and bold galaxy looks.
Yup, that highlighter is probably brighter than my future!
And while the internet with all the haters out there will see otherwise, I couldn’t be more proud and happy for James who has already achieved his life goal… Meanwhile, I’m still attempting to get my bod looking like Gigi Hadid.
Jokes aside, the most important thing I’ve learnt and can only hope you guys will, is to be yourself… There should only be room for love for everyone because the life’s to short to to focus your energy with things that are naturally inclined to take its own course.
