An FIR has been filed against Mahendra Singh Dhoni‘s wife Sakshi Dhoni in a multi-crore fraud case. As per reports on Dailybhaskar.com and Firstpost the case has been filed under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). It was registered against Sakshi, Arun Pandey, Shubhawati Pandey and Pratima Pandey on the complaint of Dennis Arora.
The accused are co-directors in Rhiti MSD Almode Private Limited, which has shares in Sportsfit World Private Limited, a gym and fitness centre which is co-directed by the complainant Dennis, and his father Vikas Arora who owned 39 percent shares in the company. The directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Private Limited had decided to buy Vikas’s shares from him. Dennis alleged that while the agreement was for approximately Rs 11 crore, the directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Private Limited have paid only Rs 2.25 crore so far, and missed the 31 March deadline for clearing the dues.
Arun Pandey, one of the directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Private Limited, has refuted the claims and said that they had paid more than the shares Vikas Arora had transferred and he added that Sakshi had left the company a year ago, so the case against her has no merit.
