Alia Bhatt could potentially use her pretty face to get away with murder, or worse, a fashion faux pas, but she never ever needs to because her style is literally always on point. What’s more it’s so relatable that we could picture ourselves in every airport outfit or pretty dress she wears. Right? Yesterday celebrity stylist Ami Patel dressed her in shorts and a white shirt that was paired with brown suede boots. What’s great about this look is that it combines classic with grunge and it works so well together. The clean simplicity of the white shirt plays well with thee denim shorts that are embellished with very realistic graffiti-like designs. I was even more taken with it because of my latest binge sesh watching the Netflix show, The Get Down. Those of you who’ve watched it will know about my appreciation of graffiti. Also, the brown suede, laced boots were a cool addition considering she was attending an event at Akshay Kumar‘s Women’s Self Defence Centre.
And on Saturday, she was in Guwhati for the Hero ISL 2016 opening show where she performed in a cute cheerleader-like outfit, styled by Manish Malhotra. Makeup artist Arti Nayar and hairstylist Priyanka Borkar gave her a fun high ponytail and pop pink lips to further acccentuate the cheerleader vibe. Check out the full look below.
