Sophie Choudry attended an Eid dinner last night and for it she wore a pastel-coloured sharara from Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor. The mix of two pastel shades with white that was further embellished with gold embroidery worked very well even though the combination is not overly popular. I’ve personally not seen too much of lemon yellow and turquoise blue together but I must say, I like it. I think it also helps that the dupatta is sheer! She accessorised this very desi look with a beautiful pair of chandbalis. Sophie’s makeup artist Ambereen Yusuf opted for smokey eyes and a pink pout for this look, adding another colour to the mix. After all, festive dressing is meant to be colourful, right?
Sophie has really been acing her desi game off late with all the festivities. A few days ago she wore another stunner from Sva Couture by Sonam & Paras Modi for Ganpati darshans.
We love the mango colour on this one. But there’s more… She wore a handloom outfit from Manish Malhotra with gajra in her hair to top it all!
