Hindi television has a lot to offer to the viewers in the coming months with a variety of shows on its radar. TV’s favourite bahus like Sanjeeda Sheikh, Jennifer Winget, Drashti Dhami and a few others will be playing lead roles in an exciting lineup of TV shows.

1. Beyhadh
Starring Jennifer Winget and Kushal Tandon, Beyhadh will see Jennifer portraying the role of an obsessive lover. Think Kajol in Gupt or Urmila Matondkar in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. The plot will also see a love triangle with Jennifer, Kushal and Aneri Vajani. The promos are out and are looking impressive, especially Jennifer’s performance. The show will air on Sony, October onwards.

2. Devanshi
Devanshi is said to be loosely based on the life of God-woman Radhe Ma. Karuna Pandey is essaying the role of the self- proclaimed god mother. The show will air on Colors, popular for experimenting with the genre of social themes.
3. Pardes Main Hai Mera Dil
Drashti Dhami is starring in this show which is said to be based on Subhash Ghai‘s hit film Pardes, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Mahima Chaudhary and Apurv Agnihotri. While Drashti will reprise the role of Mahima, we hear that hottie Arjun Bijlani is playing SRK’s role and Shaleen Malhotra is essaying Apurv’s character.

4. Sangharsh
We earlier reported that Tinaa Dattaa is starring in this TV adaption of Salman Khan–Rani Mukherjee–Preity Zinta hit film Chori Chori Chupke Chupke. However, Sanjeeda Sheikh has now been finalised to play Rani’s role opposite Sidharth Shukla. They play a childless married couple who opt for surrogacy and approach Jasmin Bhasin‘s character for the same.
5. Bandhe Ek Dori Se
Benaf Dadachanji, the cute and bubbly actress best remembered for her role as Baby in Baa Bahoo Aur Baby will be seen in a negative role in this serial. Eijaz Khan is playing the male lead and Niyati Fatnani will also be seen in a lead role. Eijaz and Benaf will play childhood sweethearts who end up getting married to different people.
