I’m still recovering from the long weekend that was and all the festivities (read: modaks) and scrolling through my Instagram feed, I realised that everyone brings out their best in terms of desi styling with the arrival of the festive season. Dia Mirza is definitely one such star that enjoys her ethnic wear. Over the past week she’s been seen sporting some beautiful Indian outfits starting with this pale grey blue anarkali with a rich gold border and a sheer dupatta. Stylist Theia Tekchandaney paired this subtlely beautiful outfit with gold bangles and earrings from Renu Oberoi. And Dia’s hairstylist Shobha Kewal styled her hair in soft curls that were pinned up away from her face. Love it!

For Ganesh Chaturthi, Dia wore a Benarasi outfit by Payal Khandwala with jhumkas from Gehna Jewellers. The combination of gold against purple and red is an absolute winner, we have to say.

Theia also picked a lovely lemon yellow Sukriti and Aakriti outfit for Dia and paired it with big statement earrings that made for a superb day look.
