We’ve seen his magic on the runway time and again, but who knew of Rohit Bal‘s love for exquisite glassware and crystal! It’s a romance that’s lasted decades and spurred on his latest adventure! Here’s a closer look at Rohit Bal Crystal:
The master couturier had us all over for a private dinner at Bikaner House in New Delhi last weekend, for a first look at this collection. We spent the evening enjoying a delicious meal, curated by Indian Accent’s very own Chef Manish Mehrotra, sipping champagne from the very flutes that Rohit has designed for this collection. Talk about stunning!
Made in collaboration with the artisans and crystal cutters of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Central Europe, each of these hand cut crystals was flawless. You easily notice the classic Rohit Bal styles and motifs, like the lotus and dancing peacocks, with borders and bases crafted in 24K gold and pure platinum. The collection includes a limited edition line of tableware, bowls, vases and tea sets, as well as an affordable range of glasses, tumblers and decanters. PS: Totally crushing over the champagne flutes!
