During an interview recently, Mona Singh was asked about her wedding plans, even though she’s currently single. The actress laughed and said that she’d love to have a swayamvar, and said that they should have a contest to find a groom for her!
When prodded further, though, the actress said:
Of course, I always wanted to get married but I am not dying to get married! My parents are happy to see me work and be independent. Marriage is not the only thing left to do in life. It is for those girls who are not working and are waiting to get married and whose parents think their daughter is a burden.
Mona, who rose to fame with Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin, is currently a part of Kavach…Kaali Shaktiyon Se. She was previously in a relationship with Vidyut Jammwal, but the couple split in 2014.
