Aishwarya Rai Bachchan dropped some crazy desi girl style at the airport on her way back to Mumbai from Ahmedabad where she was promoting her film Sarabjit. While everyone else opts for comfort about all else when travelling, Ash decided to deck up in a Benarasi sari from Ekaya. That said, we’re sure that stylist Aastha Sharma realised that if anyone can carry off a sari while travelling, it would be the Bachchan bahu herself.
Everything about her look was super traditional, from her Gehna Jewellers jewellery and kohlapuris to the gajra in her hair. The bright orange and pink combination is definitely eye-catching and quite a popular combination at that.
The blouse was the only part of the whole outfit that might’ve been a little non-traditional. We quite like the square open back. Don’t you agree?
