Kalki Koechlin has long been thought of as an out-of-the-box performer, but we’ve also realised that her style choices are pretty much on the same vein. Between last week and this one, she sported two looks that sit on each end of the style spectrum, and somehow managed to kill it in both.
Beige is beautiful
Kalki was in New Delhi last week at the closing ceremony of the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards (META 2016) reciting her famous poem The Printing Machine, wearing this flowy Payal Khandwala creation in a beige-gold. Then, a day or two ago, she attended a movie screening of Margarita With A Straw organised by the Able Disable All People Together foundation (ADAPT) in Mumbai., wearing a boho-style, super comfy looking dress from Anavila, also in beige!
It’s always more fun in print
On the complete opposite end, she attended the #HTMostStylish awards wearing a signature Masaba pantsuit and another psychedelic pantsuit to the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour in Guwahati by designer Siddhartha Bansal.
We just cannot get over how drastically different these looks are, and quite honestly can’t make up our mind about which style we prefer. Can you?
