We love our friends at Social Offline because they’re always up to something fun and quirky! This time, it was the St Jude Project. Once a bakery in Bandra, this is now the foodie lab (or gypsy kitchen) where many a dubious dinners take place. With Chef Gresham at the helm, this is the cool new spot which hosts concept events, secret suppers, and sometimes, even band practice!
They recently decided to ‘pop up’ in Delhi, so we joined them for this gastronomical adventure. Not only was the ten course meal delicious, but we now know that even broccoli stems and oat porridge can be absolutely scrumptious!
This St Jude Project pop up was done with the Delhi Secret Supper Club at the St-art Festival venue in Okhla. The evening kicked off with a walking tour of the exhibit, hosted by the Founder of St-art India, Giulia Ambrogi herself. And then we sat down for dinner, under the moonlight, in between the stunning containers. It doesn’t get cooler than that!
Here’s a photo diary of the entire evening… And let’s just say, we hope the St Jude Project pops up in more cities more often!
