2015 was a year of Twitter fights. Before we knew it, we had a list of fights that the celebrities had gotten into on social media. Like, who even confronts anyone anymore in person? You take to Twitter, express your feelings and wait for the opposing party to retaliate. Here’s a list of 7 epic celebrity wars that took place this year that we must revisit!

1) Ram Gopal Varma and Anurag Kashyap
All hell broke lose when Anurag’s much-hyped Bombay Velvet released. It was dismissed by major film critics including the not-so-ace film director, Ram Gopal Varma. He took it a notch higher and compared BV to his Aag – and there was some serious Aag-ument between the two. Geddit? 😛
2) Rishi Kapoor and Ajaz Khan
Remember the Salman Khan hit-and-run case verdict? Most of Bollywood was on Salman’s side and so was Rishi Kapoor. However, he lost his cool over “idiots” like Ajaz Khan who gave Salman “ridiculous support”. The fight that followed was so bad, that it was good!
3) Rishi Kapoor and anti-Ranbir Kapoor brigade
We’re back again, not just to Rishi Kapoor, but also to Bombay Velvet. The actor called a random dude a “dicko” because he made some snarky comments about Mahaakshay (yeah, that guy… Mithun Chakraborty‘s son). After which he ended up retaliating to the anti-Ranbir brigade‘s harsh comments.
4) Sonam Kapoor versus the world
The girl with the biggest yet most honest mouth in the industry, Sonam decided to take to Twitter to condemn the meat ban and well, let’s just say, it looked like the entire world was against her! We must say, she handled the incident very well!
5) Ameesha Patel and Kushal Tandon
Kushal literally “forced” Ameesha to tell the country that she got her period when he accused her of not standing up for the national anthem in a movie theatre. Damn, that was an epic war!
6) Abhishek Bachchan and Bollywood Gandu
Comedian Karan Talwar aka Bollywood Gandu made an unnescessary dig at Abhishek, and the actor had a rather calm yet clever response to his joke. While all this was happening, guess who came to Abhishek’s rescue – none other than Kamaal R. Khan!
7) Shirish Kunder and Anupam Kher
While the whole intolerance debate was going on after Aamir Khan‘s comments, Shirish tweeted to Anupam telling him to calm down in a rather sarcastic way. What came next was possibly one of the snarkiest comments by the veteran actor!
These wars were so much more entertaining than most of the movies released this year!
